Malachi here we come!!!
09/09/2010We found out great news today! Our travel date to adopt Malachi Aleksandar is October 4th!! We are working on travel details now, but will most likely be leaving October 1st. This is the blog that we’ll be updating as we find out info and share our trip with you, so visit often.
We started our adoption journey 423 days ago. We never would have dreamed of all the ups and downs. Living through the difficulties speaks of the value/battle for Malachi’s life. He is so special, and we believe the Lord has great plans in store for him, and for our family with him in it.
Please pray for us. Our journey is really just beginning!

I’m so excited for you!!!!!!! I’m Leah, and I’m the one who took that picture back in April! Your little guy is amazing, and I cannot wait to see a picture of him in your arms! I have SEVERAL more pictures of him if you’d like to have them. (silly question, I know! LOL) They’re all taken at the same time, so he’s wearing the same outfit, etc. Anyway, we’re also in the process of adopting now ourselves, one of the children I met while there. Now if only all the kinks could get worked out so we would know for sure we’ll be bringing her home!
